How long is a play session?

Each Giggles Town session is 75 minutes, with sessions at 09:30, 11:15, 13:00 and 14:45, Monday to Friday.

How much is a session?

Standard play admission is £6.50 per Little Giggler. Accompanying grown-ups are free.

Do grown-ups need to stay?

Yes. Giggles is a family café and accompanying adults remain responsible for their children throughout the visit.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Your confirmation screen includes a private manage-booking link. Cancel before the calendar day of your visit for a full refund. You can reschedule once, up to 1 hour before your session, subject to availability.

What about allergies?

Please tell us about allergies before ordering. Because food is prepared in a working café kitchen, final allergen and cross-contact information will be clearly published before launch.

Do I have to book to come for coffee or food?

The play experience uses timed bookings. You only need a timed booking for Giggles Town; café guests can visit without booking a play session.
